Our season is May 19 through October 22.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate groups, weddings, and events.

Reservations for 2024 begin on April 15th at 8am.

Rates

Room rates include complimentary continental breakfast overlooking Lake Michigan, all on site amenities including adult bikes, kayaks, Wi-Fi, wooded nature trails, yoga, and shoreline viewing decks with lounge chairs and umbrellas. No additional resort fees.

Rates are based on 1 or 2 person occupancy
Extra Persons: $50/person/night
Holiday Weekend rates apply to Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day

Adults and children over 13 are welcome
(Unfortunately our property is not suited for children under the age of 13)

Minimum Stay Requirements
Summer Season, Peak Season, Holidays
3 and 4 Night Minimum on Weekends & Mid Week

 Mid Season
2 and 3 Night Minimum on Weekends & Mid Week

 Spring Season, Fall Season
2 and 3 Night Minimum on Weekends

Guarantee Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the small size of our hotel and high demand for advance reservations rather than last-minute reservations, we are greatly affected by changes and cancellations. We must firmly adhere to our cancellation policy.  Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $25/night rebooking fee. Cancellations within 28 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and early departures are responsible for 100% of the total booking charge.

Change Policy
Date changes made more than 28 days before arrival incur a $50 rebooking/change fee. Date changes within 28 days of arrival constitutes a cancellation, and will likely result in forfeiture of up to 100% of the deposit.
